I’m a Toronto native currently living in NYC and working in CT. Being using PagerDuty for the better part of a year now, and really feel like we’ve done a bad job integrating it into our workflows, so looking to read up on all the features here and get to know the product better! (Mainly made an account to sign up for the classes.) Switching to it though has really helped enforce the ‘automate everything’ mentality at work which has been really key to making big changes.
Hey Adam! Welcome to the PagerDuty community. The awesome thing about PagerDuty is also one of the tougher bits of getting started. It’s so flexible, that you can configure things any way you need to. But, that also means you can configure yourself into not the best situations.
